At Summertime Pools, our highly trained and friendly team are here to support you through the pool buying process. Our expert consultants manage the entire process with you to ensure you have peace of mind and understanding, all the way through.
During the consultation call, we discuss requirements like shape and color preferences, confirm the location, and schedule a site visit. This ensures thorough preparation for the project.
During the on-site consultation, we assess the site, confirm access, and review delivery requirements. This includes auditing the installation area, mapping structures, confirming pool selection, and finalizing quote inclusions.
We discuss water selection preferences and provide a proposal outlining pool details, equipment, and installation costs. Additionally, we confirm the chosen pool color for the final quote.
We confirm the barrier location, finalize the site plan, complete the contract, and proceed with the deposit.
We review titles, overlays, and site covenants to confirm construction limitations before proceeding with engineer design and computation. This ensures compliance with regulations and informs our planning process efficiently.
Customers are responsible for organizing services, removing impediments, planning landscaping, and arranging asset protection at the location.
We confirm the construction start date and proceed with ordering the pool shell in the chosen color along with selected equipment.
Site establishment includes excavation, pool digging, equipment preparation, barrier erection, and excavation inspection.
After positioning the shell and equipment, installing the stabilise backfill, while filling the pool with water and connecting the equipment for operational readiness.
The structural bond beam is boxed and the structural steel is installed. After the inspection concreate is poured, completing the bond beam ready for paving. The site is then cleaned ready for practical completion and hand over to the customer.
The final pool cleaning includes water balancing, manual handover, customer training, operation run-through, and care and maintenance education.
The completion of coping tiles is followed by the installation of a permanent barrier.
The customer support hotline handles operational queries, maintenance inquiries, and servicing requests.
